About The Team As the Director of Global Revenue Enablement, you’ll be a key leader in accelerating Auctane’s growth by empowering our sales teams worldwide. You’ll build and execute a sales enablement strategy that directly impacts revenue by ensuring our sellers have the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed in a competitive SaaS market. You will also manage and mentor a team of enablement professionals.
What will you be doing?
Strategy & Program Leadership:
Design and lead the comprehensive sales enablement strategy for our global sales organization. This includes onboarding new hires, ongoing training, and continuous development programs.
Team Management:
Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales enablement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Needs Analysis:
Partner with global sales leaders and cross‑functional teams to identify skill gaps, process inefficiencies, and content needs across all sales roles.
Content Creation & Management:
Develop and manage a library of high‑impact sales content, including playbooks, battlecards, product training materials, and competitive intelligence resources.
Training & Coaching:
Facilitate engaging training sessions on sales methodologies, product knowledge, and communication skills. Implement coaching programs to reinforce learning and drive behavioral change across different regions.
Performance Measurement:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of all enablement initiatives. Use data to report on program success, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate a clear ROI.
Technology & Tools:
Own and manage the sales enablement technology stack, ensuring tools like learning management systems (LMS) and content platforms are optimized for the global sales team's needs.
What are we looking for?
Experience:
7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in a dedicated sales enablement, learning & development, or sales training role within a B2B SaaS environment. Must have experience managing a minimum of 5 direct reports.
Global Acumen:
Proven experience in managing and scaling sales enablement programs for a global or multi‑regional sales force. Experience managing a team is essential.
Sales Expert:
A strong understanding of the SaaS sales process, from prospecting to close. Direct sales experience is a plus.
Learning Expert:
Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for sales professionals at all levels.
Data-Driven:
Demonstrated success in using data and metrics (e.g., ramp time, quota attainment, CRM data) to evaluate program effectiveness and inform decisions.
Exceptional Communicator:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Strategic Thinker:
A proactive leader who can anticipate the needs of the sales organization and translate business objectives into a strategic enablement plan.
