Board Certified or Board Eligible Excellent surgical skills and proficiency in dental implant placement Strong work ethic Friendly personality with effective communication skills for patients, staff, and colleagues Willingness to invest time and energy into building relationships with referrals and growing the practice Participation in an inter‑disciplinary study club; one presentation per year, requiring public speaking comfort What We Can Offer You
