This role is built for a strategic leader and data storyteller, someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, AI innovation, and executive communication. You’ll shape the roadmap that turns data into direction, ensuring every marketing dollar maps back to outcomes that matter: revenue and ROI.

This is not a tactical role—it’s a strategic powerhouse. You’ll unify Paid Search, SEO, Paid & Organic Social, Display, Connected TV, Content and Website Experience into cohesive strategies that drive revenue. You’ll guide internal teams, influence executives, and push the boundaries of what’s possible through deep insights, data curiosity, and performance storytelling that commands action.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end strategy across mid-tier and enterprise accounts, owning performance from first impression to closed revenue

Translate business goals into multi-channel strategies that drive measurable outcomes across SEM, SEO, Social, Display, Connected TV, Web, and Content

Use AI and analytics to uncover trends, scale efficiencies, and guide decision-making across campaigns

Audit and optimize marketing funnels to identify growth opportunities and maximize revenue per lead

Build and deliver clear, compelling narratives around performance—turning complex data into executive-ready insights and next steps

Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, and Creative teams to ensure tactical execution ladders directly to revenue objectives

Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), forecasting, and strategic recommendations for C-level stakeholders

Identify opportunities to expand revenue, improve retention, and deepen partnerships across the client portfolio

Requirements

10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance, revenue marketing, and integrated strategy

Proven success managing multi-million-dollar campaigns that directly impact business growth

Mastery of Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Connected TV, and analytics platforms

Expertise in data storytelling, translating KPIs into clear narratives and executive decisions

Experience presenting to or consulting with C-level leaders; confident commanding a room with data and insight

Deep understanding of AI’s evolving role in digital marketing and an appetite to stay ahead of industry change

Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a reputation for delivering results under pressure

Agency experience is strongly preferred

Base Salary: $115K-$120K (commensurate with experience)

Bonus: 5% performance-based
