Responsibilities
Integrative primary care model: Virginia Mason embeds pharmacists, social workers and psychiatry providers in the primary care team to deliver coordinated, high‑quality care and excellent health outcomes.
Flexible schedule options: We partner with you to develop a schedule that accommodates individual needs as much as possible.
Access to ancillary and specialty services: Referral options to over 30+ medical specialties within Virginia Mason with collegial and responsive results.
Learning opportunities: The team has a teaching culture and a formal mentorship program to guide new providers for long‑term success.
Innovation: Virginia Mason promotes new approaches, best practice standards and continual improvement for patient and team safety using the Virginia Mason Production System.
Compensation Compensation Range:
$136,600 – $167,000 /year
Requirements Job Requirements
Washington State Registered Nurse License and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License are required for this position. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers may be required depending on the position, as well as prescriptive authority.
