Akkodis is seeking a PowerBI Developer
Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. This role requires strong expertise in Power BI, including advanced DAX and secure data modeling, to build impactful dashboards and reports.
Rate Range $40/hour to $41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
PowerBI Developer job responsibilities include:
Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop.
Connect, import, and transform data from various sources to support business intelligence needs.
Implement row-level security and manage application-level data access within Power BI.
Write advanced DAX queries and perform complex calculations to enhance data insights.
Deploy and publish reports across multiple environments, ensuring performance and accessibility.
Develop tabular and multidimensional models aligned with data warehouse standards and business requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power BI Desktop, and implementing row-level security and data modeling.
Experience in deploying and publishing dashboards across environments, with solid understanding of Power BI administration.

Pay Details $40.00 to $41.00 per hour
