Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented
Entry‑Level Events Assistant
to support our event coordination team in Washington, DC. This role is perfect for someone looking to begin a career in event planning and client engagement, providing hands‑on support in organizing and executing client events and activities.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, logistics, and coordination before, during, and after events.
Help manage guest check‑ins, seating, and event flow to ensure a positive client experience.
Assist with preparing printed event materials, agendas, and signage.
Provide on‑site support during client events and promotional activities.
Collect client and guest feedback to share with the internal team.
Maintain organized records of event details, schedules, and follow‑ups.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the events team as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
