Optomi
Training Facilitator (SaaS | Construction Analytics | Hybrid Atlanta | Up to 50% Travel)
Optomi, in partnership with a fast-growing SaaS company in the construction analytics space, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused
Training Facilitator
to lead engaging customer bootcamps, internal enablement, and live events. This role is front-of-room heavy (virtual and onsite) and ideal for someone who loves translating complex software concepts into clear, actionable learning. What You’ll Do
Lead high-impact
customer bootcamps
(onsite & virtual) that help project teams upload schedules, interpret analytics (e.g., critical path, float, compression, logic checks), and apply insights on real projects. Deliver
internal enablement
(sales/product curriculum, quarterly All-Hands segments) and occasional
train-the-trainer
activities. Partner with
Sales & Customer Success
to package/scale training as a value-add service and upsell opportunity; align training outcomes to adoption and ROI. Represent the company at
workshops, conferences, and client sites
(travel up to 50%). Continuously improve delivery and materials using participant feedback/VOC, collaborating with L&D/Product on release-aligned updates. Run polished virtual sessions via
Zoom/Teams ; maintain decks, labs, and light LMS tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years
of facilitation/training experience in
SaaS/technology
(construction tech or project controls a plus). Strong
stage presence —you love being in front of a room (or a Zoom) and can engage mixed-skill audiences. Proven ability to
translate technical topics
into simple, role-based workflows (Admins / Power Users / End Users). Comfortable with
virtual delivery tools
(Zoom/Teams), slide craft (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and basic LMS practices. Highly
collaborative and adaptable
in a startup environment; partners smoothly with Sales, CS, Product, and L&D. Nice to have:
familiarity with
CPM scheduling
concepts/tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project), Articulate/Camtasia, and TTT experience. Location/Travel:
Atlanta-area hybrid when not traveling; willing to travel
up to 50% . Why You’ll Love It
Front-of-room impact at a high-growth SaaS company changing how construction teams manage schedules! Blend
facilitation, storytelling, and product —not just “how-to,” but
why it matters
for project outcomes! Collaborative, growth-oriented culture with a
competitive compensation package and benefits!
