Summary The Key Accounts Sales Coordinator delivers accurate, helpful, exceptional service to fulfill the needs of designated sales accounts and contributes to the team’s ability to optimize sales. They will work closely with the Key Account Manager and the Strategic Partners Manager to assist our dealers in all aspects of their account as it pertains to sales administration, operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

Meet sales objectives by supporting the Key Accounts and Strategic Partners with great communication, organization, and execution.

Liaison with marketing to ensure projects are handed off effectively and completed efficiently and on calendar specific to accounts.

Coordinate and track product samples, images, and line sheets for sell-in meetings, studio events and seasonal line reviews as needed.

Work efficiently and cohesively with our sales and customer service team to provide best-in-class customer service and maximize our opportunities for the specified accounts.

Manage key account orders from order inception to delivery ensuring compliance at every step of the supply chain including, but not limited to, EDI, ASN, Routing, Compliance, ticketing and pre-packing.

Liaise with Production, Product Development, Shipping, Allocation, Customers, Customer Service and Sales Reps, as needed, to ensure compliance and execution of best practices.

Assist Key Account Manager and Strategic Account Manager in providing customers with the most up to date sales information for their specific distribution channel and providing product knowledge/information as it pertains to their needs.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales, inventory, and sell-through reports for Key Account Managers.

Monitor incoming reporting such as YoY Report, Daily Booked Report, Open Orders, Past Due Reports, Sales vs. Goals, Category YTD to ensure efficient order flow.

Support seasonal sales calendars, sell-in deadlines, and market week preparation by managing calendars, timelines, materials, and follow-ups.

Partner with allocation and planning teams on replenishment, inventory flow, and sell-through opportunities.

Upload and maintain product, pricing and promotions on retailer marketplace portals.

Ensure portal compliance and timely updates for product listings and order tracking cross functionally.

Events / Special Projects

In charge of all aspects of planning and calendar adherence for the sales department.

Quick Strike and SMU liaison for Key Account Projects.

Maintain and create dealer mailing lists, including packaging and mailing items.

Support trade shows, account meetings, and other sales events as needed.

Education and Experience

3 years of selling experience in the apparel industry or a similar related environment.

Experience supporting sales teams with account communications and identifying opportunities, and analyzing sales reports.

Proven experience analyzing sales reports and recognizing potential opportunities.

High school degree or equivalent required.

An understanding and appreciation of barre, Pilates, yoga, and general fitness activities.

Technical Skills and Experience

Proficient internet skills (searching, navigating).

Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.

Experience with SAP Business by Design or other ERP system highly preferred. HubSpot, NuOrder B2B, Shopify or other CRM are preferred.

Experience in analyzing sales reports and recognizing potential opportunities.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

First‑rate customer service skills.
