Rillet
Talent & People @ Rillet | Ex-Meta, GlossGenius
Rillet serves finance teams. Our customers are the financial brains of their companies. Our job is to help them run the numbers with impossible speed, accuracy, and insight.
Rillet is an AI-native ERP that can drive a zero-day close. We are different because of our unified source-of-truth data model, hundreds of best-in-class native integrations (Stripe, Ramp, Salesforce, etc), automated & auditable workflows, multi-entity consolidation, and quickly expanding army of specialized AI agents (e.g., accrual, audit, P&L flux, board decks, etc). These earn us a consistently perfect customer satisfaction score. High-growth AI customers like Windsurf, Postscript, and Finch love our ship velocity, because their financial stack needs to scale as quickly as they do.
We have raised $100M from leading investors (including Sequoia, a16z, Iconiq, Oak HC/FT, and First Round) to
help everyone run their numbers at the speed of AI.
Who We Need As a Partner Enablement Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with our partnerships leads, cross‑functional teams, and external stakeholders to design and execute scalable enablement programs that equip partners with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to drive customer outcomes. This hands‑on role blends strategic thinking with operational precision, making sure our system integrators, accounting advisors, and technology partners can deliver at Rillet’s pace. This is a crucial role enabling our ecosystem partners to be successful, essential to Rillet’s growth.
You will report to the Head of Enablement and can be based remotely.
What You’ll Do
Willing to go above and beyond to make sure our software, accounting, and implementation partners are successful.
Develop and maintain enablement resources, including partner training modules, playbooks, and onboarding documentation.
Support partner onboarding through coordinated kickoff sessions, product walkthroughs, and skill‑building workshops.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure partners are aligned on messaging, roadmap updates, and value propositions.
Coordinate ongoing partner communications, including newsletters, webinars, and readiness briefings.
Track partner performance metrics to identify enablement gaps and propose improvements.
Assist with partner events such as conferences, community roundtables, and co‑marketing campaigns.
Be a trusted point of contact for partner questions on Rillet’s products, processes, and best practices.
Who We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in partnerships, customer success, sales enablement, or a related function in B2B/SaaS environments. Prior Big 4/Accounting/Finance experience is a plus but not required.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering training sessions or presentations.
Comfort working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining high attention to detail.
Ability to quickly grasp technical product features and translate them into partner‑ready materials.
Willingness to travel domestically 2–3 times quarterly for partner meetings and events.
