The specialist must be effective in planning, prioritizing and executing tasks in a timely manner. They must also exhibit skills in building & maintaining strong relationships both internally & externally. The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment with little to no direct supervision.**Job Responsibilities:*** Provide administrative support to key leadership, such as managing calendars, expenses, travel arrangements, and ad-hoc requests* Operational tasks such as processing invoices, vendor registration, budget, and contract management* Draft meeting notes and reports as directed* Collaborate on policy projects with our public policy team, where applicable* Additional operational support as needed**Skills and Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications*** Bilingual (English & Korean) is **preferred*** A bachelor’s degree is preferred* Minimum of 4-6 years professional experience in a GR or legislative office (internships included)* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization* Strong organizational and project management skills* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities* Knowledge and understanding of Congress, the White House and federal agencies desired.* Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business#LI-KR1Life @ Samsung -Benefits @ Samsung -The salary range for this role is expected to be between $47.00 and $57.00.
