Base Centre Manager

Job Description As Base Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operations of OrcaNation’s flagship Dive Centre on Rawa Island. This role oversees the day-to-day running of dive and other ocean activities, outdoor education experiences, and marine conservation initiatives. You will manage a passionate team and ensure high operational standards, excellent client experiences, and drive meaningful educational outcomes for schools and FITs. This is a hands‑on, leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic, outdoor environments and is committed to making a difference through education and conservation.
