You will collaborate with government contracting officers, task managers, and customer stakeholders to align objectives, drive integration across teams, and ensure mission success.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary interface with government and contractor stakeholders, ensuring communication and coordination across all program areas.

Ensure compliance with DoD policies, standards, and cybersecurity frameworks such as RMF and DoD 8140/8570.

Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), risk and issue management plans, staffing plans, and program metrics.

Prepare and deliver status reports, performance dashboards, and other documentation in accordance with program management standards.

Coordinate horizontal integration across multiple technical teams and ensure interoperability among systems and applications.

Lead technical interchange meetings, program reviews, and in-progress reviews to track progress and resolve issues.

Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with contract deliverables, SLAs, and performance objectives.

Identify and mitigate risks, track program health indicators, and drive timely issue resolution.

Support resource planning, budget management, and cost control using Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.

Required Skills
