Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Hours: Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm
Pay: $19/hr
Location: Lincolnton, NC ProStaffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer of high-quality centrifugal fans and blowers to add a Machine Operator to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the efficient production of fan and blower components. Responsibilities:
Operate machinery, including but not limited to presses, stamping machines, and CNC equipment, in accordance with safety guidelines and production specifications. Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Conduct visual inspections of finished products to identify defects or imperfections and take corrective action as needed. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency in production processes.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred. Familiarity with operating various types of machinery, such as presses, stamping machines, or CNC equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality orientation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.
