About the Role

Postman is growing fast and partnering with Sustainable Talent to expand its Sales organization. We’re hiring an experienced GTM Recruiter who’s ready to help build a world‑class sales team driving the future of API and AI innovation. You’ll bring strong full‑cycle recruiting experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Postman’s GTM leaders and Talent Acquisition team to drive end‑to‑end recruiting for sales and go‑to‑market roles.
• Create and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract diverse, high‑caliber talent.
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies and tools.
• Deliver a world‑class candidate experience that reflects both Postman’s and Sustainable Talent’s values.
• Provide market insights, data‑driven recommendations, and ongoing communication to hiring leaders.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in GTM, SaaS, or tech sales recruiting.
• Strong relationship management and consultative communication skills.
• Experience partnering with fast‑growing or high‑tech clients.
• A passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering measurable impact.

Details

This is a full‑time, salaried position employed by Sustainable Talent and dedicated to Postman. The role is aligned to a client project with an initial six‑month duration and the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Range: $120,000 – $150,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
