Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Richmond, VA (fully onsite)

Duration: 12 months, potential to convert FT by the client

Department: undergoing significant amount of new construction - building new facilities and renovating (project in size up to $100M).

Note: Seeking candidates open to relocation. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• boots on the ground and can be the agent of the organization for the - do the walk through's, hold vendors accountable, hold conversations between organizations and builders and subcontractors
• understand healthcare requirements during construction.

Skills

• construction PM - 7+ years - with healthcare specific construction experience
• need resources know what they are doing in healthcare
• construction software - procure, eBuilder, MS project or other types of construction specific tools
• prior PM experience, healthcare, knows construction codes, understand Richmond or VA building codes
• large budgets - $100M+ construction projects
• PMP certification nice to have
• CCM certs nice to have
• lead - buildings that are lead certified.

Interview:

• 3 levels of interviews - screening, construction senior leader who will interview, then the client will be the final interview.
