Lakewood National Golf Club is excited to announce the career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. Administrative Assistant needed for a busy office located within beautiful Lakewood National Golf Club. We are looking for someone energetic, customer service oriented, with great attention to detail. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Summary

The Administrative Assistant assists the Lakewood National Golf Club and HOA management staff with day-today operations in many aspects of the business. As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you must be eager to provide one-on-one customer service with the understanding that you represent the face of a company focused on providing premier service.

Essential Job Functions

  • Deliver and promote prompt, courteous, and friendly service to all customers, guests and fellow employees.
  • Answer incoming calls, directs to appropriate personnel, takes and delivers messages.
  • Assists company-managed communities with various tasks.
  • Performs administrative duties specific to the department, updating and working with databases, and is responsible for all mailing processes.
  • Performs general office work such as word processing, filing, operating copy and fax machines.
  • Generates and organizes reports, forms, and procedures for management including updating newsletters and creation of flyers.
  • Operates and organizes front office area.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience/Background/Knowledge/Skills

  • Microsoft Office – The ability to effectively and independently use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Customer Service – Manage difficult or challenging situations in a respectful manner as well as understand the importance of tact and discretion with the ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Teamwork - Exhibits objectivity and openness to other views. Balances team and individual responsibilities. Able to build morale and support everyone’s efforts to succeed.
  • Time Management – Effectively able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work with little direction.
  • Solution Oriented – Capable of proactively recognizing opportunities and implementing effective solutions. Quickly able to adapt to change with a can-do attitude.
  • Ethics - Treats everyone with respect; inspires the trust of others; works with integrity; upholds organizational mission and values.
  • Leasing/HOA – Leasing, HOA and or Hospitality experience.
