Quality Roofing, Inc. is a continuously growing Roofing and General Contracting company committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service. We're looking for a professional, welcoming, and organized Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our customers, vendors, and visitors.

Position Summary

The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and providing general administrative support. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate team members
• Maintain correspondence pertaining to leads and jobs in Acculynx. Prepare reports as needed or requested by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and supporting office staff as needed
• Provide administrative support for various departments, including filing, data entry, and recordkeeping
• Uphold and represent the values and professionalism of Quality Roofing, Inc.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in a similar customer-facing administrative role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the roofing, construction, or general contracting industry

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
