Typical Day
- Answering phones (20‑25 lines at the dealership) and directing calls accordingly.
- Taking messages and ensuring timely communication with customers and staff.
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Performing minimal filing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Are detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Have prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred).
