Compensation $18 per hour with a $1,000 sign‑on bonus

Overview

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and staff at the corporate office. The role answers calls, greets visitors, and supports the office’s daily operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls, utilizing a switchboard
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area
• Greet vendors, customers, and visitors
• Assist with small projects as needed
• Maintain and update branch directories
• Maintain the calendar for board conference room
• Prepare meeting rooms for setup as needed
• Maintain and update general office listings
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience

Physical Demands

• Considerable time sitting and using a computer (typing, keyboard, mouse, monitor)
• Occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20 lbs
