Position Overview

Join our EPIC team at Cascade Senior Care Center! The Receptionist is the primary contact for incoming calls and visitor greeting and provides administrative and clerical support.

Scheduling

• Part Time – rotating weekends and some evenings until 7PM

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Good communication skills; able to interact effectively with residents, physicians, visitors and staff

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet residents, family members and visitors both in person and over phone
• Answer phones professionally and route callers as needed
• Maintain weekly schedules for administrative staff and other staff as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident, employee and facility information
• Update facility phone listing as needed
