Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for senior, specialized, and high‑volume roles, managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers and HR teams to understand business needs and develop effective, diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using creative sourcing techniques, networks, and proactive talent mapping.
  • Advise, coach, and train hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and offer processes to ensure consistent, compliant hiring decisions.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert on employment and recruiting practices, the applicant tracking system (ATS), and talent acquisition metrics.
  • Ensure accurate data management and timely reporting of recruiting activity.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and share insights with TA leadership, continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and results.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings to strengthen employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, company policies, and code of conduct standards.
  • Remain highly organized, results‑oriented, and hands‑on, balancing multiple tasks independently and solving problems proactively while thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Lead complex or high‑impact searches across multiple business verticals.
  • In addition to full‑cycle recruiting, play a strategic advisory role to hiring managers.
  • Provide informal coaching, training, and process improvement support to the recruiting team.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including full‑cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing.
  • Extensive experience leading complex, high‑impact searches across multiple business verticals in both USA and Canada.
  • Strong expertise in executive search, strategic sourcing, and advising hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of job markets and ability to provide reporting, market trends, and guidance to the business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive process improvements.
  • Experience leading employer branding and talent market mapping initiatives.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Requires regular sitting for long periods, typing, handling documents, and operating office equipment. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift/move up to 10 pounds. Requires close vision for reviewing documents and computer work.

Travel

Moderate travel (15–25 %) for recruitment events, training sessions, and company meetings, typically domestic with occasional international trips.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $80,000‑$90,000 USD.
