A leading Chinese restaurant group with global operations and annual revenue exceeding RMB 10 billion is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee full‑cycle accounting and tax operations for its U.S. subsidiary. The role requires a proactive professional who can ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with U.S. accounting standards, and coordinate with external auditors and the head office finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Coordinate with external CPA firms for tax filings (income tax, sales tax, payroll tax).
• Support internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience; prior experience in GL and tax management preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and tax requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
