Job Description
The Office Assistant will play a key role in maintaining a smooth and professional work environment by providing administrative and organizational support to the management and creative teams. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management for internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal communications.
- Support HR and accounting departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Oversee office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
