Warehouse Dock Workers in Rogers, AR

Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Label products quickly and accurately as they exit blast cells
  • Inspect pallets for proper wrapping and damage before moving into the freezer
  • Replace broken or damaged pallets as needed
  • Support dock team with high-priority tasks
  • Keep dock area clean and organized (sweeping and general upkeep)
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
  • Work in cold temperatures (approx. 30F)

What You Bring:

  • Comfortable working in cold environments
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic calculator skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude
