Job Description

Wood Personnel Services is hiring experienced Forklift Drivers. Multiple opportunities available across Wilson County for Stand Up, Sit Down, Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Dock Stocker, and Clamp operators. All Shifts available!

Forklift Compensation & Hours:

$17.50 -$21.45 an hour depending on shift
Monday – Friday and Weekend Schedules (overtime available with some positions)
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

Forklift Requirements:

6 + months of verifiable experience within the last 3 years of employment
Ability to work overtime as scheduled
Own transportation to get to and from work

Forklift Duties & Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklifts (sit down, stand up, reach truck, cherry picker, dock stocker, clamp) to move materials throughout the warehouse
Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
Pick, stack, and stage products according to orders
Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
Accurately scan, label, and document inventory using RF scanners or paperwork
Assist with general warehouse tasks when not operating equipment
