We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Marketing Manager who can help us scale our inbound engine, sharpen our product story, and drive awareness across channels.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager at Bild, you’ll own and execute all of our marketing efforts - from demand generation to brand storytelling. You’ll work closely with our sales and product teams to drive qualified inbound leads, refine our messaging, and expand into new acquisition channels.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can think strategically but execute tactically, and loves wearing multiple hats across SEO, content, and product marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Drive inbound growth: Manage and optimize all marketing channels (SEO, paid, social, newsletter, etc.) to increase qualified leads.
- Explore new channels: Identify and experiment with emerging growth opportunities - from partnerships to generative search visibility (GEO).
- Own our content engine: Manage and create engaging blog posts, newsletters, and social content that highlight customer success stories and product innovation.
- Collaborate with customers: Work with engineering and operations teams from leading companies to produce case studies, testimonials, and promotional videos.
- Partner with sales: Build and maintain alignment with sales to ensure marketing campaigns generate pipeline and revenue.
- Lead product marketing efforts: Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with hardware and manufacturing leaders.
- Be data-driven: Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and iterate based on results to continuously improve ROI.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally at an early-stage or growth-stage company.
- Proven ability to generate and nurture inbound leads through content and digital marketing.
- Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset - you love using data to make decisions.
- Comfort wearing multiple hats and learning across marketing functions (demand gen, content, brand, product marketing).
- Bonus: Experience with hardware or manufacturing software markets.
