Excellent opportunity on offer for a General Manager / Factory Manager / Plant Manager to join a rapidly expanding manufacturing company where you will be at the forefront of driving and implementing major changes within their facility.
On offer is a technically challenging position where you will be directly involved in the optimization of the company’s operations and expansion plans.

As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a dynamic General Manager who can lead the facility through business transformation and operational excellence.
In this role, you will be overseeing multiple sites and have 5–6 direct reports covering Customer Service, Production, Engineering, and Quality. You will be directly involved in driving business change, implementing KPIs, and leading teams in a constructive yet firm manner.
The ideal candidate will be a General/Factory/Plant Manager with a strong engineering or automation background, proven experience in change management, and the ability to lead high-performing teams. The Role:
Driving organizational change and business transformation
Implementing KPIs and owning continuous improvement initiatives

Background in Manufacturing / Automation / Engineering
Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma background preferred
Comfortable owning Profit & P&L responsibilities
