Specialists' One-Day Surgery Center is a locally owned, state of the art Orthopedic ambulatory surgery center providing a range of procedures including knee arthroscopy, lumbar and cervical injections, carpal tunnel release, shoulder arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair and joint replacement. The center offers a collegial, team-oriented environment and a quick and streamlined credentialing process. Responsibilities
Assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department Responsible for the medical management of patients rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain during surgery and other medical procedures Pre-anesthesia assessment, obtain and verify patient consent Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitor the patient's physiological condition Perform clinical intervention as needed Qualifications
M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine ECFMG and FLEX certification Completion of approved residency in anesthesia Currently licensed as a physician Compensation and Benefits
