Join Adyen, a global payments platform that powers merchants like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. As a GTM Recruiter, you will be based in our fast‑growing San Francisco office and focus on the day‑to‑day recruitment process for GTM vacancies across North America.
Responsibilities
Drive full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles across Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, and other GTM teams.
Lead sourcing efforts and be creative about new ways to find talent.
Build a positive candidate experience while screening and engaging talent that fits the Adyen Formula.
Collaborate with hiring managers to build strong business partnerships.
Use data to innovate and optimize the recruiting process.
Work with the global recruiting team on strategic DEI initiatives, employer branding, and events and partnerships.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of full‑cycle GTM recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation.
Passionate about sourcing, recruiting, and closing talent in a competitive market.
Proven track record of building pipelines and managing unique multi‑channel search strategies.
High level of self‑motivation; you’re able to define structure and prioritize.
High personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience – we have a preference for candidates with experience in the Bay Area.
Benefits and Culture Our annual base salary range for this role in San Francisco is $120,000 to $150,000, plus RSUs. Adyen offers a collaborative, innovative environment where you can influence strategy, take ownership of your career, and make a lasting impact on merchants worldwide.
