Senior Clinical Research Associate – Medical Devices

Location: Remote, US (East Coast preferred) Salary: $90,000 - $105,000

RBW Consulting is partnering with a leading global MedTech organization that provides full lifecycle support for medical device development — from early feasibility through to post-market studies. We’re now seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their clinical operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of medical device studies within an established and highly supportive organization.

Key Responsibilities Manage assigned study sites to ensure compliance with GCP, protocols, and regulatory requirements. Conduct on-site and remote monitoring activities, including qualification, initiation, interim, and close-out visits. Serve as the primary contact for site teams, addressing study-related queries and operational challenges. Support study start-up and documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of essential files. Track study performance metrics including enrolment, deviations, and TMF maintenance. Collaborate closely with project managers, safety, and data management teams to ensure study integrity. Assist with site budget negotiations, audit readiness, and mentoring of junior CRAs as needed.

About You Bachelor’s degree (life sciences or related field). At least 3 years’ monitoring experience. Prior experience in medical device studies required Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and travel as needed
