is seeking a
Senior Architectural Project Manager
with demonstrated project experience for the Department of Defense (DoD). The position is full‑time, on‑site located in San Diego, CA.
Salary: $120,000.00/yr – $145,000.00/yr.
Full‑time.
On‑site.
Key Responsibilities
Leading one or more project teams simultaneously of various size and complexity.
Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships, anticipating and providing services that exceed client expectations.
Leading or participating in all phases of project delivery.
Working collaboratively with all disciplines.
Adopting innovations in business digital and technology applications and cultivating innovation.
Monitors and ensures compliance with project requirements.
Oversight for budget, schedule, and quality assurance requirements.
Qualifications
University Degree – Bachelor or Master of Architecture, and with a minimum of 8 years of experience post‑education in an architectural design firm, or equivalent.
Experience in design‑build project delivery methods for the DoD, primarily for NAVFAC and IMCOM, and a strong technical competency.
Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to provide effective supervision and staff management.
Basic knowledge and experience in Revit, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam (or similar) software programs.
Effective verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ideal candidates must be a team player who is well organized, detail oriented, focused, design driven, accurate and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
Creative problem‑solving skills to gather relevant information to solve design issues.
Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously.
