Treasury Manager
with general exposure to foreign exchange (FX) operations. The primary responsibility of this role will be to bring FX operations in‑house, working under the guidance of senior leadership. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone eager to deepen their treasury expertise and gain meaningful exposure to global FX activities while driving innovation in systems and processes.
Our client is looking for a candidate with
foundational FX experience, strong ambition, and the drive to grow into a subject matter expert
within a multinational treasury organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the transition of FX operations from external providers to internal oversight.
Collaborate with global banking partners on FX execution, settlement, and reporting.
Work with technology providers to implement and optimize FX platforms and tools.
Monitor exposures, assess risks, and assist in developing hedging strategies.
Partner across business units to ensure FX processes align with broader finance goals.
Support cash management, liquidity planning, and other treasury functions as needed.
Provide analysis, reporting, and recommendations on FX activity and treasury operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
4+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or banking.
General exposure to FX transactions and processes (not required to be a specialist).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with comfort working with data.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn under the mentorship of senior leadership.
