Director of Rehabilitation
to join our team on a 60-acre campus with nearly 900 residents across independent, assisted, memory support and healthcare living settings. This full‑time, salaried management position offers a quarterly bonus opportunity. Licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech‑Language Pathologists, Physical Therapist Assistants and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants are encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for those seeking a leadership position in a growing community with state‑of‑the‑art Vital Living Center, fitness center, aquatic center and spa. Job Summary
The Director of Rehabilitation supports the RM, RVP, and Operations Team to ensure efficient operation of the facility’s rehab department. As the liaison between Functional Pathways, the facility, and rehab staff, the Director coordinates and integrates care. Qualifications and Responsibilities
Must have an Associate (PTA or COTA) or a minimum Bachelor’s (PT, OT, or SLP) of Science from an accredited program. Must meet all certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations. Active state license. Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Two years clinical experience preferred, with experience in geriatric care. Management experience in a skilled setting preferred. Comprehensive leadership skills and ability to supervise. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Competence in maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities. Benefits
