We are seeking a

Senior Business Analyst

to join our delivery team. This role bridges client business needs and delivery execution by leading discovery sessions, capturing requirements, and translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams. Beyond traditional business analysis, this role also helps clients connect requirements to measurable outcomes, KPIs, and business value. Experience with Adobe platforms (Commerce, AEM, AEP, etc.) is strongly preferred, as many of our projects are within the

Adobe ecosystem .

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Establish and foster stakeholder relationships and manage client expectations and dependencies

Work with our client’s business stakeholders to understand their business goals, strategies, KPIs, and functional requirements

Plan and facilitate requirements discovery workshops with a focus on aligning features to outcomes

Lead the elicitation, prioritization and documentation of business and functional requirements

Ensure requirements meet client needs while remaining within the defined project scope

Ensure requirements are feasible, trackable, and measurable against defined KPIs

Develop use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts

Collaborate with Technical Architects and Development Leads to ensure that the technical solutions meet the desired business outcomes

Translate business requirements into functional specifications during refinement sessions, sprint planning, and throughout delivery

As part of a project team, communicate the business requirements and functional specifications during internal refinement sessions, sprint planning, and as support for the development team throughout the implementation process

Provide recommendations for business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology

Investigate problems and defects that arise during implementation and deliver or recommend solutions

Planning and supporting User Acceptance Testing, ensuring test scenarios validate key outcomes

Maintain clear and current documentation on system functionality and features

Lead the reporting and tracking of project team performance metrics

Participate in client product demos and internal leadership project review sessions to ensure outcomes are meeting project expectations and goals

Contribute to retrospectives and internal initiatives to improve KPI alignment

Qualifications

Experience working hands‑on with Adobe Commerce/Magento 2 sites

5-7 years of technical business analysis experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related field

High level of business acumen coupled with technical understanding of e‑commerce sites and platforms

Demonstrated success in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

In‑depth knowledge of e‑commerce business operations and systems requirements processes

Ability to foster relationships across different business units as well as with clients

Proven ability to successfully manage complex project deliverables

Experience working within a defined SDLC

Experienced stakeholder leadership skills with enterprise organizations

Bonus: Experience working with or implementing Content Management Systems like Adobe Experience Manager or other Commerce systems like SalesForce Commerce Cloud or ShopifyPlus

Preferred Skills & Technologies

Experience with project management tools, enterprise‑level content management systems, software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ADA accessibility tools

Knowledge of KPI frameworks, reporting, and measurement approaches

Experience with translating business requirements into workable ADA compliant business solutions

Familiarity with at least one of accessibility validation techniques using tools such as Accessibility Management Platform, AXE Chrome Plugin, FireEyes, Total Validator, WorldSpace
