As we are a design-led product innovation company, we are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to join our Product Design Team. Our Designer will be a well-rounded generalist with deep User Experience, User Interface, and visual design skills. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft user interfaces that not only look great but solve real problems that impact hundreds of thousands of users. We are designing a lot of new products that we expect to have great scale in the future (millions of users) we highly value customer experience first.
What You Will Do
Design our machine interfaces, from initial concept through final implementation
Translate concepts into low-fidelity wireframes and deliver high-fidelity prototypes that lead to top‑notch design solutions
Rapidly test and iterate on prototypes
Compose compelling user experiences with consistent designs across multiple software applications
Advocate for design consistency and user accessibility across all touchpoints
Generate personas and user journeys through user research, identify user challenges and core needs, and validate the right products
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders, including Product, Software Engineering, and Marketing
We Think You Will Bring
Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful interaction design, and clean, modern UI work as well as the process of research through implementation
5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, bonus for connected devices or IoT products
Bachelor’s in Design (Graphic, Media, Interaction, Product, Communication, Human Factors, or related degree) or equivalent experience
Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Sketch
Experience designing for embedded interfaces (touchscreens, LED displays), mobile apps, and/or web platforms.
Experience with user research methods and usability testing practices
Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for design best practices in a cross‑functional team
Experience designing for CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Android, or Kotlin development
A sense of fun and excitement for a product that already has a lot of brand love today
Compensation Philosophy Our compensation philosophy centers on market‑driven pay, performance‑based rewards, equity, growth focus, and equitable principles. All Bevi employees receive equity in the form of stock options and participate in a total rewards plan that includes health & medical benefits, flexible PTO, and more.
Pay Range $99,000—$122,000 USD
