Complete Description:
Position will lead the design, development, and implementation of a modern application infrastructure utilizing Vector Databases, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and other Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. This initiative is crucial for significantly enhancing internal users' ability to find applicable documents, content, and information required to be knowledgeable about Department policies and initiatives.
As outlined in the standard description, the Senior Architect will:
Define the end‑to‑end technical architecture for the new AI‑powered search system, including selection and integration of the Vector Database, RAG framework, and associated AI models.
Oversee and execute the deployment of the new application infrastructure, ensuring it meets highly‑available and highly‑performant requirements for real‑time internal querying.
Consult with internal stakeholders (clients) to define user needs, analyze current content structures, and advise on optimal data preparation and indexing strategies for the Vector Database.
Provide the technical vision for leveraging generative AI to solve complex content retrieval problems, anticipating future scaling needs and data volume challenges.
Utilize proven experience in defining systems and application architecture to perform a variety of complicated tasks with minimal or no direct supervision, ensuring rapid, high‑quality delivery of the solution.
