Lead Java Fullstack Developer (Angular)
at Synechron. We are seeking a talented Lead Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in Angular (30% front‑end, 70% back‑end) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable web applications, designing robust backend systems, and delivering high‑quality user experiences. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Angular, and related technologies. Collaborate with product owners and UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user‑friendly interfaces. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with backend services. Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and optimize application performance. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs promptly. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes. Requirements
12+ years of proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with hands‑on experience in Angular. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful Web Services. Experience with frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular. Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL solutions. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred but not required
Practical problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills. Service‑oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
