Role Summary As Restaurant Manager, you’re the pulse of the operation—leading the team, elevating the guest experience, and driving performance with precision and flair. You’re hands‑on, solutions‑focused, and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments. From floor presence to back‑office strategy, you keep Realm running smoothly, sharply, and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across lounge, dining, and event spaces with confidence and control.

Hire, train, and develop a high‑performing front‑of‑house team.

Maintain a strong floor presence, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar leadership to ensure seamless service and communication.

Monitor labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial targets.

Handle guest feedback with professionalism and urgency.

Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards across all areas.

Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality excellence.

What You Bring

2+ years of restaurant or lounge management experience (rooftop or nightlife a plus).

Strong leadership and team development skills.

High emotional intelligence and guest service instincts.

Solid understanding of POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory management.

Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and make smart decisions fast.

Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
