Duties & Responsibilities
Process advising‑related paperwork for CNS Students
Provide drop‑in academic advising and registration support for CNS Students
Assist in processing overrides for CNS courses
Support CNS SASC office functions, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and answering phone inquiries
Support implementation of CNS SASC recruitment, workshops, and events
Provide academic advising for students in the College of Natural Sciences
Support tracking student achievement of milestones and outreaching as necessary
Support advisor outreach for early alert interventions
Serve as the main point of contact for general CNS SASC inquiries via phone, email, and text message
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience working in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications
1‑year of advising and student success experience
