Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney in Palm Desert, CA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling estate planning, trusts, and probate law cases, including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and representing clients in court. The role requires direct client interaction, negotiations, and collaboration with other attorneys and staff members.
Qualifications
Law, Labor and Employment Law skills
Experience in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple cases and manage time effectively
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active California State Bar membership
Prior experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate law is a plus
Pay $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
Will consider those who are sitting for the bar, awaiting bar results, or waiting to be sworn in. Salary will vary with experience of candidate.
