Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Compensation & Location
Salaries : Range from $90,000-$170,000 depending on experience + 1-20% bonuses
Location : on-site in Miami + some flexibility to work from home every now and then

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with technology, data, and business teams to identify and integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and operational processes.
Evaluate external AI and GenAI vendors, comparing capabilities, risk factors, and potential business impact.
Design and deliver internal training programmes to upskill teams on practical GenAI tools and use cases.
Lead workshops, office hours, and roundtables to promote AI literacy, answer questions, and foster adoption across business functions.
Develop and present demo datasets, business scenarios, and presentations for senior leadership and client meetings to illustrate AI applications and value.
Track adoption metrics, user engagement, and ROI to measure business impact and inform future investment decisions.
Create clear playbooks, guides, and communication materials that document best practices, governance standards, and usage frameworks.
Maintain a structured repository of AI project documentation, vendor assessments, and enterprise use cases.
