As the Global Demand Planner, you will play a key role in developing a world-class Demand Plan that ensures business agility, resilience, and growth in a dynamic global marketplace. You will drive improvements in forecast accuracy, implement cutting-edge planning methodologies, and establish seamless integration between demand projections and corporate strategy. By collaborating with regional and cross-functional partners, you will harness market intelligence, industry trends, and key business drivers to craft a demand planning framework that is data-driven, forward-looking, and built for growth. Forecasting & Accuracy

Review sales & inventory forecast inputs made by our regional business planning & allocation teams Ensure sales by category, region and channel are consistent with product strategy & trends, leveraging regional feedback and marketplace knowledge Track and meet forecast accuracy targets. Continuously refining forecasting processes to improve accuracy. Propose and champion process improvements and efficiency enhancements. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with cross-functional planning teams (regional planning, supply planning, product planning and merchandise planning) to align the Demand Plan with corporate strategy by understanding key business drivers, ensuring enriched demand forecasts, and assessing the need for strategic overrides. Evaluate industry trends, growth rates, and demand drivers to inform long-term demand forecasting strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption of demand planning tools & insights. Act as a Change Agent, proactively driving transformation in forecasting methodologies, tools, and ways of working. Reporting & Communication

Monitor collection performance and highlight key styles. Use trend analysis to generate actionable insights. Deliver dynamic ad‑hoc analysis and answer key business questions quickly. Create visually compelling and insightful reports as necessary. Contribute to narrative-driven presentations explaining forecasts and their underlying assumptions. Present insights, progress, and recommendations to Global Demand Planning Lead. Salary range: $85,000 - $161,444 annually. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience demonstrating progressive responsibilities in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain in the apparel or consumer goods industry. Proven track record of working with demand planning tools in a complex, multi-region environment. Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and demand planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions) preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft suite (specifically Excel), statistical forecasting tools, and data analytics platforms (e.g., Python, R, or Power BI is a plus). Ability to analyze large datasets, identify key trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and supply chain planning within a fast‑paced global environment. Ability to balance statistical analysis with business judgment to drive demand planning accuracy and strategic decision‑making. Ability to navigate complexity and uncertainty, adapting to shifting market conditions and business needs. Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance demand planning processes and methodologies.
