LHH is recruiting for a
full-time, REMOTE Senior Marketing Analytics & Insights Manager
for one of our clients in the Financial Technology industry headquartered in Chicago, IL. If you are a curious, data-driven storyteller who excels at translating complex datasets into clear business insights, collaborating cross functionally to evaluate ROI, design test-and-learn strategies, and strengthen the organization’s marketing intelligence capabilities, this role may be for you!
Location:
Remote. Open only to candidates located in the United States.
Benefits offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, AD&D insurance, 401k plan, 10% annual bonus, flexible work schedule, up to 15 days of Personal Time Off is offered a year, 9 Paid Holidays, and other perks. Role Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance marketing measurement.
Advanced proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Analytics, Heap.io, Amplitude).
Strong SQL and Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and automate reporting.
Proven experience building multi-touch attribution models and evaluating channel performance.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic) and lifecycle tools (e.g., Braze, HubSpot).
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into clear, compelling insights for non-technical audiences.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics and experimentation best practices.
It is a HUGE Plus
if candidates have experience with Snowflake, dbt, or other modern data stack tools; exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or advanced attribution frameworks
