As our Senior Full Stack Product Engineer, you will shape the technical foundation of our platform and drive product innovation from concept to launch. You will work across the entire stack, building React-based interfaces that delight users and implementing robust, scalable Python backends. End‑to‑End Product Ownership: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to conceptualize, build, and iterate on features from initial idea to production release. Full‑Stack Development: Write clean, efficient, and testable code in both front‑end (React) and back‑end (Python) environments. Workflow Automation & LLM Integration: Leverage your knowledge of workflow automation and Large Language Models to design and implement intelligent workflows that enhance productivity in the insurance industry. Scalability & Performance: Ensure our platform is stable, scalable, and optimized for growth—establishing best practices and guiding architectural decisions. Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with cross‑functional teams, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior developers. Rapid Iteration: Actively contribute in a startup environment by testing hypotheses quickly, learning from failures, and celebrating successes. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full‑stack or product engineering roles. Front‑end: Proficiency in React (hooks, context, state management). Back‑end: Strong knowledge of TypeScript/Node and/or Python/FastAPI. Workflow Automation: Familiarity with building or integrating workflow automation tools. LLM Experience: Some background in working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT‑based systems), natural language processing, or AI‑driven features. Ideal Qualities
Startup Mindset: Eager to wear multiple hats, learn quickly, and iterate rapidly. Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working in a team environment, giving and receiving feedback, and facilitating effective communication across disciplines.
