In this role, you will partner with a global cross‑functional team to build and launch products that help creators create highly engaging live streams for fans. You will be part of the creator organization and focus on 0‑to‑1 consumer innovation, driving product‑led growth of newly launched and existing scaled products. Responsibilities

Define the product goal, strategy, and global roadmap for Interactive Paid Digital Goods features. Understand markets, participants, and user requirements in depth. Identify and drive how GenAI can create industry‑redefining digital goods, launch, learn, and iterate quickly. Partner with the Machine Learning (ML) team and live streaming counterparts to continuously improve discovery of live streams. Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. 2 years of experience taking technical consumer products from conception to launch, including driving product direction, defining the goal and strategy, data‑driven prioritization, and go‑to‑market execution. 2 years of experience working cross‑functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, and other product stakeholders. Experience with GenAI technologies for consumer applications. Preferred Qualifications

Experience building user‑facing products, marketplace products and features. Experience with Agile software development, and iterating to find product‑market fit. Ability to operate in a constantly evolving and collaborative environment, and work in ambiguity. Ability to influence and communicate cross‑functionally with all levels of management. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills. Compensation

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $156,000‑$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
