Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000/year + bonus Location: Montgomery County, PA Schedule: Monday to Friday (Remote) Atlantic Group is hiring a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis with our client in Bucks County, PA. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning while delivering financial insights to support executive decisions. You will oversee management reporting, streamline financial processes, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, requiring advanced modeling skills and experience in private equity‑backed companies. Responsibilities as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis:

Financial Leadership: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning, and private equity reporting to support company strategy. Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present executive‑level reports, dashboards, and variance analyses with clear, actionable insights. Modeling & Data Analysis: Build and maintain complex financial models across large datasets to evaluate performance and guide decision‑making. Process & Strategic Improvement: Drive forecasting accuracy, planning cadence, and efficiency while leading PMO and capital planning initiatives. Business Partnership & Leadership: Collaborate with executives and department heads to align financial goals, while mentoring FP&A team members. Qualifications for the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required. Certification: CPA strongly preferred. Experience: 5-8 years of FP&A experience in life sciences, outsourced services, or contract staffing, with preferred exposure to private equity‑backed companies. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Workday and Adaptive Insights for workforce planning, with strong Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint skills. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of life sciences, outsourced services, and contract staffing business models. Skills & Attributes: Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify data and remain organized, analytical, and collaborative.
