COMPANY DESCRIPTION
An integral part of Singapore’s “City in a Garden” vision, Gardens by the Bay spans a total of 101 hectares of prime land at the heart of Singapore’s new downtown – Marina Bay. Comprising three waterfront gardens – Bay South, Bay East and Bay Central, Gardens by the Bay will be a showcase of horticulture and garden artistry that will bring the world of plants to Singapore and present Singapore to the World. RESPONSIBILITIES You will be involved in the planning and coordination of special interest visits to Gardens by the Bay and be responsible for the administration and coordination of all pre and post visits’ requirements. These include external and internal liaisons, site visits, site preparations as well as the preparation of monthly schedules, which require tracking of records and budget reports. You will work closely with the Assistant Director (Protocol) to advise on the appropriate application of protocol for various levels of visits as well as the Management to meet the needs of the guests.
Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support frontline departments (Attractions Operations, Garden Cruiser and Guest Experience Management) to achieve service excellence and delivery by monitoring service quality, identifying service gaps and improving service standards
Assist in the manpower planning for Garden Cruiser team
Assist the Guest Experience Management team in handling visitor feedback and in responding to general queries and feedback
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree/ Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Customer Relationship and Service Management, Business Administration or other relevant fields
Minimum 4 years of working experience
Good interpersonal, coordination and communication (both spoken and written) skills
Dynamic, motivated and organised team player
Able to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
