In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Develop the site’s DBS Strategy and Vision as a change facilitator, collaborating with other site DBSLs and operations leadership to transform and support a continuous improvement culture.
Facilitate and conduct kaizens, problem-solving, and boot camps in DBS Fundamentals and DBS Lean tools, managing the kaizen funnel tool and certified practitioner funnel to strengthen connections between customer‑facing metrics and continuous process improvement efforts.
Influence all levels of the organization—including Senior Leaders, Functional Leaders, project managers, and practitioners—using effective coaching and mentoring skills to foster a supportive environment for growth and improvement.
Grow the DBS muscle by establishing a team of certified practitioners in DBS and driving Lean Conversion across operations with our organizational partners.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
Bachelor of Science Degree in a science or engineering related field and 5‑10 years of business/operations management or manufacturing experience, including mastery of Lean Tools and DBS Fundamentals for over 5 years.
Hands‑on Gemba experience driving kaizen facilitation and leadership using DBS and lean tools (Visual Daily Management, Problem Solving Process, Value Stream Mapping, Dynamic Kanban, Lean Conversion, Standard Work, 5S, TPM, SMED, etc.).
Strong analytical skills, MS Excel proficiency, SAP knowledge, interpersonal, managerial, and facilitation skills, including public speaking and moderating.
Salary Range: $106,500.00–$125,000.00 USD. The role is eligible for bonus/incentive pay and includes a comprehensive benefits package—paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and more.
