The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business‑critical insights using analytics, ensures cross‑functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. The Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Analytics team builds data infrastructure and delivers actionable insights at scale in partnership with Sales and the rest of the Americas Business Strategy and Operations team.
Responsibilities
Execute in‑depth analyses across multiple data sets (business, product adoption, operations, headcount) to identify growth opportunities using advanced SQL.
Create holistic views on investment opportunities for the business.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data requirements and provide data‑driven recommendations.
Craft clear and compelling data‑backed stories to leadership, influencing strategic direction and business outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
3 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding.
Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science).
2 years of experience designing experiments, developing statistical models, measurement, and identifying business opportunities.
Experience in data analysis, with the ability to solve problems in fast‑moving, ambiguous business environments through solid data intuition and business acumen.
Compensation US base salary range for this full‑time position is $117,000–$167,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
