Job Overview A global IT managed services and digital transformation firm is seeking a Senior Client Partner to lead and expand its Media & Entertainment practice across Los Angeles and Southern California. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader and trusted advisor with a deep understanding of the Media & Entertainment ecosystem, strong client relationships, and a proven record of winning and managing large IT services deals with major industry players such as Netflix, Disney, Fox, Warner Bros, or NBC Universal.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a player‑coach, driving revenue growth and expanding key accounts in the Media & Entertainment vertical.
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client business, financial, and technology goals.
Build and maintain strong executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior leadership at major media clients.
Lead complex enterprise sales pursuits, managing full‑cycle sales processes from pipeline generation to contract closure.
Partner with internal teams across Service Delivery, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.
Negotiate contracts, structure multi‑service deals, and oversee account expansion across geographies and delivery models.
Serve as a trusted advisor, steering conversations toward outcomes‑driven solutions and measurable business impact.
Represent the company at industry events, demonstrating thought leadership and domain expertise.
Must‑Have Requirements
10+ years in IT services or global technology consulting firms, with at least 5 years focused on Media & Entertainment accounts.
Proven record of managing portfolios worth $10–15 million in annual revenue.
Direct experience handling enterprise clients such as Netflix, Disney, Fox, Sony, Warner Bros, or NBC Universal.
Strong understanding of Managed IT Services, Cloud, AI/Automation, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Digital Engineering offerings.
Excellent strategic planning, pipeline management, and sales execution skills.
Strong communication and executive presentation abilities, including C‑suite engagement.
Must currently be based in Los Angeles with active client networks in the Media & Entertainment sector.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Experience leading teams or mentoring junior account managers.
Exposure to consulting‑led solution sales in a global delivery model.
Familiarity with emerging technologies in AI, Cloud Automation, and Digital Product Engineering.
